Yuletide Yin & Music Meditation

We are so excited to offer you this seasonal feast for the soul: a uniquely beautiful evening of movement, live music and meditation, set in the beautiful St Mary's Church, Shalford. You will be guided through a gentle floor based movement practise, interspersed with music meditation and head massage. Beautiful seasonally reflective music played on cello and harp will deepen your experience of rest and relaxation. To synchronise with the Full Moon Energy, following the yoga & meditation practise, we will offer a taste of Warm Cacao, Tea or Coffee as well as mince pies and vegan chocolate treats.
